We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling request. However, walk-ins are always welcome.
A major credit card is required to hold an appointment of any service costing a value of more than $50.
Due to high demand of appointments, we require a 24-hour notice when cancelling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, full charge for no-shows. For parties of 4 or more, we require at least 72-hour notice.
Any unused merchandise may be returned with a receipt within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. All sale items are final.
We accept Cash, Debit, Mastercard and Visa. Checks are not accepted.
If you are pleased with the service you have received, it’s customary to give you a 15-20% gratuity to each of your technicians. Gratuities are accepted in cash only.
